A special presentation is coming to Lancaster Presbyterian Church on Suunday Evening, March 3rd, when art history instructor, Alan Nowicki will once again go “Searching for God Through Art.” Part art history lesson and part theological discussion, Mr. Nowicki will weave stories of his personal travels, the creation of various masterpieces and how it offers a glimpse towards God.

Historical information will be given on the artists and the pieces, including the likes of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, and Matisse, to name just a few. Come be inspired by the art and how it points toward something greater.

Alan Nowicki has been an art teacher for more than 20 years, having taught in every grade level from Pre-K through college. He currently is the Program Director at the National Historic Roycroft Campus and teaches art history at Erie Community College.

This event is FREE and open to the public.
